All Through The House's class instructors enjoy sharing their knowledge of cooking with you in our comfortable kitchen.  Each have their own style and specialties. 

Laurie Conrad has been cooking up unique classes around the Madison area for years.  Laurie's love of cooking is evident in her fun classes, trying new flavors and tastes with organic and local ingredients.  Laurie's Blue Daisy LLC offers private classes in your home as well as catering.
Lydia Critchley believes in doing, not watching....so Lydia's classes are all hands-on.  Lydia teaches all sorts of classes around the Madison area.  Lydia has a wide range of specialties and shares her techniques like your mom would in her kitchen.  Creative Cooking by Lydia also offers private home classes.

Susie Feest teaches upcoming chefs at MATC's Culinary Program in the Baking and Pastry Arts.  When she isn't doing that, she's baking up delicious desserts and pastries for Bunky's Cafe.  Susie likes to have fun with food and offers classes that get her students involved!
Betsy Piper has been teaching at All Through The House for the last 12 years!  Betsy has been cooking for The French House, a UW-Madison French-immersion dorm forever; but she can't get enough of cooking!  Betsy's specialty is cuisine from Europe, South America, North Africa and she loves to share a full meal experience with her students.  Her easy style makes her classes a favorite with her students!
Neeta Saluja wants to share her native Indian cuisine with everyone!  Neeta teaches classes all around the Madison area, getting the word out about how to prepare delicious Indian dishes with ease.  Neeta authored a book on this very subject, Six Spices: A Simple Concept of Indian Cooking.

Andy Watson is a chef who has worked in some of the finest and most popular restaurants in the area.  Now Andy finds himself happily growing the produce some of those same restaurants are serving!  Owner of Sprouting Acres Farm in Cambridge, Andy raises crops for CSAs and teaches us how to cook up fresh food easily and seasonally. 
Marlene Widra's specialty is finding, cooking and eating healthful foods.  Marlene's food knowledge allows her to design meals that are not just good for you, but delicious too!  Marlene is All Through The House's connection to eating with a design.  She focuses on vegetarian, organic and fresh foods.
